Renovating Capstone

Thanks to a new grant, the University of South Carolina was able to renovate Capstone, and they even made it 30 stories tall. However, since the Capstone is currently 18 stories tall, and somehow when they were doing the architectural design, they left out a story. There is no 19th floor.
