The Scavenger Hunt turn-in took place today between 10am and noon. The attendance was disappointing (only 3 teams showed), but it was still exciting to see who had brought what. Chris and Myndert especially commend those who did come by for bringing watermelons, among other interesting items. By the end of the time slot, George Cantor and the Infinites took first place by bringing in 36 out of the 49 objects; in second place was Dumbledore's Army, with 31 objects; and Oprah's Book Club rounded out third with 28 objects. For their hardwork, the Infinites gain 2 free answers, Dumbledore's Army gains 1 free answer, and Oprah's Book Club also gains 1 free answer for showing up. This concludes the scheduled events for the Hunt, except for the closing ceremony.

After continuous set backs, the puzzles for Friday have finally been released, marking the beginning of the end of this year's puzzle hunt. All teams still have another week or so to work on puzzles, so give it your all!

Wednesday, March 27
We had a good turnout for the History Test on Wednesday evening. Everyone scored some points, but the event's winners are Oprah's Book Club, with 135 points (getting 2 Free Answers), and George Cantor and the Infinites, with 108 points (getting 1 Free Answer), barely beating The Meddling Kids' 105 points. Fourth goes to Team Rocket, who blasted off with 97 points, followed by Drew and Co. (90 points), The Magnificent Munchies (81 points). Dumbledore's Army defended seventh place with 66 points; The Weeping Angels and Lexington & Conquer were no-shows. We look forward to seeing everybody at the showing of The Patriot on Friday at 9pm, and don't forget about the Rainbow Row Scavenger Hunt!
